Three Dee Ltd can work at any level within an organisation; on a one- to-one basis through to a series or programme of initiatives or events. The components will be tailored to meet individual client requirements and the outcomes unique to your organisation.

Strategic Alignment
Human Resource processes and interventions should directly support the strategic goals of the organisation. Through the use of competencies, organisations are able to align employee behaviour with organisational strategy and values.

Competencies clarify work expectations, create a shared understanding of expectations, and clearly communicate consistent standards.

Using competency linked components developed by organisational psychologists, we can ensure that HR processes directly support the strategic goals and objectives of the organisation.

We use ASSESS systems to enable us to achieve alignment of people and business strategies for organisations using a web-based talent management platform that provides in-depth assessment of managers and professionals.

The information that the ASSESS system produces is equivalent to a day with a behavioural psychologist but in a language that line managers can use.
